It lights up bright and rawrrs which my kiddo loves and gets a laugh at. Not too bulky or heavy which is also great for mi kid to lift and carry around.

It was easy for him to master the controls and learn to maneuver the truck over terrain and obstacles. I was especially impressed by the rechargeable battery life. It lasted a long time between charges. He was entertained for hours.

Unboxing was straightforward with only a few pieces to undo. The package includes the controller, a manual, and a short charging cable inside the car. The manual is clear and easy to read, though the cable could be a bit longer. The toy connected quickly and was ready to use almost immediately. The lights function perfectly, and it came fully charged. The voice and sound effects are excellent. When the truck turns red and enters hunter mode, it's a total blast. The trick button and response work exactly as intended. The wheels are responsive and turn appropriately without needing any tuning. Overall, I am very happy with this toy. It's simple, engaging, colorful, and easy to use.

My son loved all the sounds and that the truck could do wheelies. The frame seems sturdy and will be able to withstand a lot of twists, turns and falls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hot Wheels Mega-Wrex Alive Remote-Control Vehicle is AWESOME! The controls are easy to master. The lights and sounds add to the FUN! The truck starts off with white/blue lights but the more items you smash the front into the closer you get to SMASH mode. Once his eyes red, press the button on the top right of the controller and Mega Wrex goes into SMASH mode which let's him drive faster. He also does fantastic Wheelies! This truck was fun for the whole family as we all wanted to try it. Charging is easy with his power cord located underneath him. I would definitely recommend this truck for any Monster Truck loving person.
