I have owned this for 2 years now. My toddlers and all their friends/family love this bounce house! It's awesome for birthday parties. Very easy to set up. Has gotten a bit sun faded but that also because my kids use it all summer long so it stays out in the sun a lot. That being said, I've had no issues with it whatsoever not even a hole (and I have 2 boys!)

This was not a planned purchase but it has been great! Set up is easy but the grandkids can help. Once blown up, it stays blown up, holds four young kids, is sturdy and stable, and folds up into the carrying case. The price is very good - we compared it to a recent night out we had with the grandkids and they love this so much more!

Got this for my grandkids for Christmas. They are boys and girls, ages 1-7. Actually set it up in the house because of the weather and the kids have had an absolute blast! The first day they spent several hours playing on it. Have asked for it to be inflated every morning since. Due to the fact we can't stake it down in the house, it does shift around a little, but not too much. Appears very durable. Look forward to setting it up outside this summer! Highly recommend!

My kids absolutely love this. I'm very happy with the size overall. Kids are 3 and 4 and have plenty of room. Blower quickly inflates too.

My kids absolutely loved this bounce house while it was working properly — they had such a great time on it! Unfortunately, during play, the section you're supposed to walk up to enter the jump area suddenly filled with air. That part is supposed to stay flat for safe entry, but instead it inflated, making it unstable and unsafe. We had to stop using it immediately because I was worried someone could get hurt. Sam's Club customer service and return process were excellent — quick, understanding, and easy to work with. I might consider purchasing another bounce house from Sam's in the future because of their great service, but I really hope this issue is looked into by the manufacturer to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Bought for Christmas for grandkids. The blower to inflate it is dead….what a disappointment! Kids ready to play and we can't blow it up:(
