I have a 97 Nissan pathfinder, first set of Michelin tires were the LTX/MS2 they lasted me close to 70K miles , after that I got this defender LTX/MS since the MS2 version is discontinued. I love this tires, after the tires replacement you can fell the change like day and night. Super Smooth ride, a little of improve in miles per gallon. For me this tires are the best in the market.

LTX M/S is my current tire on my Ram 3500 diesel! This is my second set on this truck! Original tire made it to 70K. Previous set of Michelin's made 96K! I have had a set for 125K on a smaller truck! I have also had LTX M/S' and the previous models on Suburbans, Is excursions and other light trucks. Total sets 9-10. Consistent performance, quiet, great in all weather and mileage has al aye been excellent!

This tire has worn out at 33,000 miles for the 2nd time. I'm tired of getting a 2nd set at a reduced price. I have them rotated every 5,000 miles so it is not my fault. Disappointed in a company I thought made a decent tires. Thinking about looking elsewhere!

My new GMC 1500 Denali came from the factory with Bridgestone tires. I asked the dealership to change out to Michelin that I had been running various models on my trucks for over 30 years. They declined and said the Bridgestone tires were "just as good". At 186 miles, on the freeway at 80 mph the left rear Bridgestone completely came apart. It delaminated like retreads do on tractor trailers. I was able to pull the truck over, put on the spare and drove back to the dealership I've never had a tire come apart like that. After a bit of a discussion with the Sales Manager the dealer persuaded GMC to replace the tires with the Michelin Defender LTX M/S. Couldn't be happier. The tire is quiet, handles like a dream and I don't worry about the quality. "Just as good" means inferior in my mind.

Mine are the old style ltx and 6 years old with 87,000 current miles on them. The vehicle came with lattitudes that wore out at 77,000. I rotate myself every 5,000 and keep track of the correct rotation in a book. They show slight signs of sun wear and I'll change them before the next winter with an amazing amount of tread left. People still ask if I just bought new tires. Best handling, noise and wear tires I've ever owned!

Only now am I forced to replace the front tires, and that's primarily due to my AWD 4Runner's tendency to abuse the front rubber (and a September registration renewal). Rear tires have 15K+ miles of tread remaining, and this is from a guy who pays little attention to air pressures. Michelin has never disappointed me, and even though there are less expensive options, they are also cheaper in almost every respect. My next purchase will be another set of Defenders, without question.

I just put these on my 2017 Tacoma TRD off road 4x4 and so far, they're great! Took them on the highway after installing and no noise at 70+ mph. Ride comfort is great. Interested in seeing how they perform in rain as my stock tires didn't do so well.

I bought these tires in late November 2019 for my 2017 GMC Sierra Denali and have put roughly 4,000 miles on them. I have always been a Michelin fan and have several different Michelin tires on different vehicles throughout the years. I am, however, extremely disappointed in this set of tires due to the excessive road noise. Road noise seems to be magnified when taking corners or bends in the road.

I was told that these tires could be put on my Ford Taurus SEL, He said theses tires were for a car, then I told him that LTX means for Light Truck. I love the tires and they handle excellant, but I still have my doubts about these tires being for a car. So you tell me Michelin.

I must say I am very impressed..My brother told me about these tires and I wasn't sure about them..Once I purchased them I was truly impressed.. The best riding tires I ever brought.. They impressed me so that I brought a set for my wife car as well..This is my second set for my crossover...
