I purchased these because the store I was at was out of my usual Kotex Security tampons, which I have been using for 25 years. They are TERRIBLE! The applicator pinches in all the wrong places, and the tampon itself doesn't hold anything, doesn't expand properly, and is uncomfortable. Putting it all out there, while using this product, I had an embarrassing accident at work...first time in 25 years. Please bring back the Security line - they are the only product that works.

This is the worst idea Kotex has come up with. Not all women are tiny with tiny labias. This is a disgrace to women everywhere. Women not teens or twenty somethings. If we wanted a compact we would buy compact but we don’t. These little compact things never feel right when you put in, I can always feel it. They are just uncomfortable. Kotex you need to STOP comparing them to the Security Tampons because those little compact things don’t compare at all. Don’t take the Security Tampons away.

I bought these because they were on sale . Kotex I’ve always trusted . Upon removal it literally fell apart in pieces. The first time it happened I thought, okay this one got messed up . Second time it happened it ripped apart even more than the first one ! I do not feel comfortable using these anymore . Imagine a young teen using these not even realizing there were pieces of cotton stuck inside . Horrible horrible, do not recommend, unsafe for use .

Husband got this brand on accident and out of all the tampons I've ever used this is the absolute worst. It doesn't eject properly for one, leaving a either a bloody mess and waste, or, in the event that it does eject properly, I have to assist it the rest of the way in. Then maybe two hours later, if I'm generous, I'm leaking and have to swap again. I'm not wasting any more energy on this, and neither should the poor soul that does PR, just adding my voice to the fray. Also, shame on this company for all the legal loopholes and conditions to jump through just to leave this review. I made a new email just for you.

I’ve been a loyal monthly buyer of the security line for 20 years. When the stores were out of my normal line I decided to give these a try. They are nothing close in comparison to the security line. The compact size is nice, but not a necessity. Overall these are just too small. The S+ is smaller than the normal regular size and I leaked like crazy. The applicator has no guard and my fingers were left a bloody mess. You can’t even stick the applicator in the casing to dispose of either. This is a terrible product. You tried to fix something that wasn’t broken and now you have lost many customers as I see from other reviews. I’ll be on the hunt for a new, better brand.
