We are very happy with our umbrella purchase, it's just what we wanted and needed for our patio. Love that it matches our Sunbrella seat cushions also!

Excellent value and product. We had permanent umbrella stands installed on our concrete patio. These were the perfect fit. We ordered two of the khaki color.

I bought the Sunbrella and the size and color are very nice. The sunbrella is not as sturdy as our other one was, but it is good per the price and free shipping!

I bought one three years ago and still is in excellent condition. When they went on sale this year I bought another one for the deck with a new base. Much more robust than the models at the home improvement stores. Solid product!

This is the third umbrella I purchased at Sam's. This last one had a couple of small holes at the top where the aluminum supports meet. I have not noticed any leakage, so "no harm, no foul".

Very pleased! Matches one bought at store prevously. Outstanding quality. If it gets soiled from tres. Spray eith Chlorox Cleanup or straight Chlorox. Didn't bleach old Sunbrella. Amazing!

Second umbrella purchased. Comparable in quality to patio umbrellas at twice the price. sunbrella fabric and well constructed to hold up in wind and weather.

First let me say that there isn't an umbrella out there that doesn't fall over in the wind. It's very windy where we live and we have gone through at least 5 in the last three years. The umbrella itself is fantastic! The best part is the self-tilt. You just keep cranking and it tilts on its own. No reaching or buttons to push. Love it! We realized (finally) the problem was with the stand. We now have a heavy metal stand that's around 35 lbs. Amazon sells these round or square bags that you fill with sand and put on top of the stand. So that adds another 30-40 lbs.

Bought this a year and a half ago and it no longer goes up or down and it's stuck in the up position. Cheap pulley system and Sam's won't honor the 5 year warranty because I don't have the same membership number as I did when I purchased it. The fabric, however, is still in great condition. Very disappointed with Sam's Club's lack of help.

I bought this umbrella and stand about 2 weeks ago and it's been nothing but a problem. It falls over several times a day, even with a sand bag on top of the base! Tonight it broke in half in the slightest breeze. I am extremely disappointed considering I spent $150 on the umbrella and the stand, it's not worth $20.
