I love these little cups of a quick snack. They taste great and make me feel good for choosing a healthy option.

I like how you can either have this cold or heated up. Perfect for when you’re in a hurry. It isn’t a whole meal but enough to get something in your stomach to last until your next one. I like how there are healthy things like chia seeds in it.

Amazing breakfast hot or cold. It is very easy for the young or old.

I'm definitely not a huge oats, but I have to say this one surprised me. It has a good flavor, the only downside is a short shelf life.

I didn’t like it . They’re supposed to be similar to overnight oats but the texture is way off. I would not recommend
