Pros: Affordable, good construction, very lightweight, minimal assembly or installation which is awesome after spending a lot of time putting together particle board furniture. It just needs the handles to be attached with two screws (included) and a screwdriver (not included). Cons: Is made from thin sheet metal, and is shipped in a single-walled cardboard box with a few styrofoam inserts at the corners, so the UPS driver is guaranteed to put in a dent or two. Nothing too bad, just cosmetic stuff, and it didn't even scratch or take off any of the enameling. If I really cared I might hammer out some of them, but still. If it has to be absolutely perfect, you will be bugged incessantly by tiny dents.

This cabinet was suitable for what I needed it for although the drawers could have been a little bit deeper and I wish it had a framed section on the drawers on the front of it for labeling. If I were to use it in an office or somewhere a little more professionally I would have liked it to be a little more sturdy. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and it is perfect for what I needed it for.

Product arrived earlier than predicted and is great quality. I'm very pleased with my purchase and would recommend. Product is fully assembled, came right out of the box and I only had to put on the drawer handles. I was worried about the quality of the product and how it would hold up during shipping, but had no issues what so ever. Product ships well and I have no doubt the cabinet will last me a lifetime.

Arrived 3 days ahead in perfect shape.. Only thing to have to do was put on the handles..I 'm not at all savvy in this area and didn't even have a screwdriver for the bolts..Used the end of my scissors for unscrewing and screwing the screws for the handles .. A 5 min ordeal and voila, my lovely looking file cabinet all set..the lock is somewhat flimsy, but all in all I am 100% pleased and would definitely purchase another if needed :)

I got this for my hubs for Father's day and its exactly what he needed. But....i received the file cabinet with a dant on one side....it looks like it might be damaged during the mailing process. It was too much trouble to pack it up and get it exchanged so i ended up keeping the damaged one. But overall i like it.

It was a lot lighter than I expected, and even though it didn't say so, it does not come on wheels, for some reason I thought it did. I just put those "floor savors" as I call them, on the bottom of it and it slides nicely if you want to move it, and it won't scratch the floor. I was a bit disappointed to find out that Walmart charged a higher price for it than the maker of the product who actually ships it and who you will deal with if anything is wrong, not Walmart. They have their own web-site.

I like the looks and quality of this file cabinet. It was a little tricky to attach the handles, and there was a part that we couldn't figure out what to do with. It was a rod with curves on each end. It was too wide to fit across the drawers, and too short to fit depthwise in the drawers. We have no idea what it is for. But now that we have the handles on, I like my new file cabinet.

love the red!! True to color. not happy with metal..it's to thin... so I think it's priced toooo high... it would only deter/stop a kid from breaking into it. very light weight so you can move about easily... smaller than i visualize. it's ok for papers like monthly bills etc you want to keep track of or lock up money, cards, checkbook overnight when you have kids that steal from mom and dad purse and wallet...

Received cabinet with a couple of dents. Material also appears to be thin. I would have preferred no dents and something more durable. It can be acceptable for home use but you have to be careful opening it...It's kinda flimsy and has a warning about it toppling over if not loaded correctly. I like the color and would only recommend it with the information stated above.

This is very light weight and cheaply made. I put a bunch of files in the bottom because that drawer does not lock. I also put some stuff in the top and middle drawers which do lock and its very tippy now. Dangerous for my toddler. I expected all three drawers to lock. I also expected a sturdier material.
