The macros for the bread is impressive. It has a slight gummy texture but I think it was amazing.

This has a pretty good taste and texture compared to some other keto breads but it consistently spiked my blood sugar so I don’t really see the point. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone unless you’re wearing a CGM.

Keto bread unfortunately, varies a lot in the weight of the actual loaf, so value for price can be tricky since most keto bread is tasteless at best, and texture is mostly on the tough end.

This is why costco sells this brand, it has actual flavor, loaf size is great, and price is great.  

Walmart sells it it's just a fraction more than at costco, however at costco you have to buy 2 and i don't believe it's possible to just "run" into costco for a loaf of bread lol

This is the best priced keto bread, has great actual flavor, texture is great as bread and toasted!  I use it now exclusively.   don't be fooled by "bettergoods" brand.  it was cheapest but now one of the most expensive even though it does have good texture and mild flavor.
