This is one of the worst Oral B product I have used. The battery does not last even a month. One of the unit stopped working after a month. Waste of time. Go with Hum, Sonic Care or Gleem. Much better quality and performance.

There were no directions included and using logic failed to get it to work. I even used other batteries but without success. I tried to find directions online, but the model # came up with a rechargeable. .

It's a great, compact, no cords, electric toothbrush. Love it, portable and easy. Batteries super easy to replace, different color make it super easy to differentiate between mine and my husbands. Really no complaints and can't beat the price!

Im.try get oral b to do something because kit i bought ladt year never opened it n when I did. Second kit. Wont power up. Battery change still don't work. Never got use them
