Although my family and I usually love these chips, they weren't exactly the problem this time, as unfortunately we didn't even get a chance to enjoy them because whomever packed them did a horrible job because they put them on the bottom of everything else in the package, which must have burst the bag because they were opened upon when they arrived... smh: this is totally disappointing and very much unacceptable! No one is going to eat chips that have been opened either prior to shipping or while in shipping mode: this is unsanitary and unsafe, especially during a pandemic! We probably won't order chips or anything similar to chips from Walmart, again; this is the second time that this has happened to us in the past two weeks or less, as we have started ordering regularly online over the past 2 months or so. We expect a replacement that is unopened and not all crunched up! Pack food items more carefully and put items such as chips on top with bubble wrap on top and label the box, "Fragile Food Item" or something similarly, so that handlers can know to be extra careful. Again, so very dissatisfied not with the actual item, but with the condition that the item was packed and how it was received when it arrived: money wasted, if you all don't replace this item, asap! Never, again: very unacceptable, thus the low review rating...

I ordered and purchased and before these item were dropped off to my address back door. The last time your shipment person dropped these items off to a complete wrong address so I did not receive these. Someone else received and free. If these items can't be shipped and delivered then I won't bother again!

The people that got my order out to me had my large size coffee can on top of the lays barbecue chips and I have now a bag of crumbs now. Now I got a run up to another store and buy some for the party. I’m having today. And I bought the party size and it’s the smaller bag I would like a refund immediately.

Lay's are the best chips however, they're a bit pricey.
