Chips were fresh and HORRIBLY packed with my 2 refill bottles of Fabreeze..... So can we guess what happened..... Yep crushed chips in every bag 6 out of 6 and the last 2 were popped so they had opened in shipping. When I called customer service they were obviously horrified by the condition of my items, they immediately re-shipped all 6 bags with NO issues at all!! Talk about AMAZING customer service!!! The new set can with no problems and were yummy!! Thanks arising an error in packaging.

I received a shipment of 40lbs of food I had ordered; however, also included was a very crushed bag of Lay's Barbecue chips. WHO would think it a great idea to pack fragile potato chips with 40lbs of food, cat litter and canned goods was beyond me. Eating chips with a spoon wasn't my idea of how they're supposed to be eaten. I know Walmart's customer service is good, so I called to see if I could get a refund or replacement. The rep was so kind, apologized and within a day I had my replacement bag...in a box, well protected. Thank you so much!

What was the logic of packing four LOOSE bags of chips in a box with TWO one gallon of Odoban disinfecting? BAG OF CHIPS OPENED. THE bottom of the box is oil stained. Unbelievable. This is how the subscription of Lays chips is packed. NO THANK YOU!!! CANT ATTACH PICTURES but I have them. WHAT was the packer thinking??? Mailed subscriptions are supposed to make life easier not this nonsense. Not impressed with packing at all.

The chips are great, love the flavor, but maybe not ship them in the same box with a 20lb bag of dog food! Why on earth was food items in the same box as dog food anyway?? And we all know delivery people do not pay attention to the "this side up ⬆️" I'm sure they sure they were placed on top of dog food when packed, but were at the end of it when opened.

I ordered and purchased and before these item were dropped off to my address back door. The last time your shipment person dropped these items off to a complete wrong address so I did not receive these. Someone else received and free. If these items can't be shipped and delivered then I won't bother again!

These chips are my favorite! They came to me the next day! The only problem is that the delivery person left them in my porch chair! I was not home and someone could have taken them! I am so that that they didn't because these are so delicious! As soon as I opened one bag, everyone grabbed a handful! So good! Do put my delivered items behind my porch plant! Thank you!

taste is fine. just not worth the money anymore. remember a few y.ears ago, when Party Size or Famiy size was 18 oz? pretty soon it'll be 6 oz bags they're calling a value. half broken in shipping too, since walmart employees think chips, cans, and bags of sugar all belong in one huge box weighing about 50 pounds that everything slams around into each other in.

If you like BBQ potato chips, can't find anything about these to complain about. Definitely a favorite of ours!!! The topping is well distributed, unlike some products that some chips are lacking in seasoning and some have too much. These are usually very uniform; that is a plus for us!!

The people that got my order out to me had my large size coffee can on top of the lays barbecue chips and I have now a bag of crumbs now. Now I got a run up to another store and buy some for the party. I’m having today. And I bought the party size and it’s the smaller bag I would like a refund immediately.

I haven't had these in years, so was surprised that the flavor formula seems to be as it always was. It's a distinctive taste; you can tell it's a Lay's BBQ chip. I like the fact that there isn't too much heat or heavy-handedness in any direction with the flavoring, it's a good basic balance. The main issue is that it seems that most of the bags are always broken into bits. I had this one delivered, but with Lay's products that seems to be the case with any I've bought even at the store. But I would say this is a good choice for a gathering with a range of different people, as this will probably be an okay choice for everyone there.
