Perfect Baby Bella mushrooms to use for stuffing

USUALLY GOOD BUT THIS BATCH WAS REAL DITRY

I always buy mushrooms from Sam's club.  They are fresh and good size. I would recommend.

They're pretty good...a little big for baby bellas, but they work! The flavor isn't as earthy.

Slimy and stinky. For those of us that have to rely on grocery Pick Up we know its 50/50. Some where between 20% and 50% of what you get in the way of fresh produce is slimy rotten trash. The pickers mostly just grab the first closest produce. I have a file of photos of some pretty shocking fruit and veggies.

Straight to Compost

Wonderful baby bella mushrooms.  These mushrooms are great with everything.  Ater washing them and removing the stems I seasoned them and bake them. They make a great side dish. Slice them up for added protein in a meal. These have a wonderful flavor.
