This item was less expensive than Home Depot and very easy to work with. If you have hard ground I recommend using a metal spike first before attempting to pound this stake in to prevent breaking.

I am very impressed with these. When my wife first brought them home I thought that a weed eater would likely eat them up. They hold up very well to a weed eater. Easy to install. The only hard part of the installation was preparing the area. The only real difficulty I came across was that the joining dowels were about 3/8" too long. I could not get the ends to butt. I had to cut the dowels or drill the holes a bit deeper.

Some of the stakes were missing out of a couple of the landscape edging accessory bags
