I have owned this chair for several years and unfortunately the remote had problems (too old for warranty). I received the best customer service by Bridget and her manager who helped me (because we couldn't find the correct chair number ) and she stayed on the phone while my husband and son searched, with no luck. Her manager actually went to the warehouse, took pictures and it was the right cord! Using it right now! Thanks!!!

After 18 months of almost daily use this chair is still functioning as smoothly and efficiently as on the first day. The lift function is especially important and has been reliable.

I love this chair! I love the heat feature. There is a low and a high setting. It's amazing and feels so good on my back. It's very comfortable, it doesn't quite late all the way flat but very close. I love that. It has the separate neck head area motor so it can give you a little more support when laying flatter. The color is nice. The fabric is wonderful, my dog got some mud on it and it cleaned right off so easily. It blew my mind. The only thing I don't like about it is if it gets unplugged or the power goes off, you can't get out of it. There is a way to put four 9V batteries for backup that will allow it to close during an emergency that I probably need to install.

I bought this for my Dad and he LOVES it. It looks great, not bulky, doesn't look messy, and works perfectly. It helps him sleep better because of his sleep apnea. It also keeps him warm because his blood thinners make him so cold. Great purchase, great product, amazing price.

I bought this in December 2024 for my husband who has physical handicaps. We like this so much, I am going to get me one also. It was easy to put together for me, love the heated feature also. Cheaper than the furniture stores.

Best chair I have ever.

Excellent chair, especially for the money . I weighed 300 lbs and it picks me up with no problem. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because of the delivery company. They pulled the box out of the van and let it hit the ground. The driver started to roll the box until it ripped open. My wife ran out and stopped the driver from rolling the torn open box again. He refused to help her bring the box to the porch. He was VERY rude and unprofessional. Luckily it wasn't raining. I have all of this on ring if management wants to contact me. Great product, horrible delivery company. If my wife wasn't home I am convinced we would have found a destroyed box sitting in our front lawn. I will never order a large object from Sam's Club again. Make sure your home when chair is delivered.

First of all, it will be sold to you by a third party company and it will also be shipped by an unknown third party company . After ordering online I tried to cancel and it would not let me, I had to call and waste over an hour on the phone to cancel the order. After I was told that the order was cancelled and that I would get a refund. The third party company shipped the product, was left outside overnight in the street for over 24 hrs since they didn't knock and I was not expecting the package. Sams refused to refund the money until I coordinated with the third party company to return the item. They would not allow me to return it to the store. I will never order anything online from Sams Club. I am two weeks into this ordeal and have wasted over 4 hours dealing with customer services reps from other countries.
