Purchased these for my F150 and one tire developed a sidewall bulge at around 20 days / 1000mi. Firestone is refusing to replace this tire or offer refund because it was deemed to be caused by a "Road Hazard or Improper Installation". I was denied a free replacement and had to pay for 1 new tire out of pocket, not very happy. Given Firestone's past blowout reputation, I'm not feeling very good about these anymore and will never again buy Firestone.

I was very unsatisfied with the service that I received at Firestone Store# 015547 last week when I bought 4 new tires. I requested that they use my spare wheel in place of one of the 4 wheels on the car becaue one was badly pitted. I asked them to use this badly pitted wheel as the spare. They indicated on the work order that this was my request and they said they would do it. THEY DID NOT! When I got home and realized that they did not pay any attention to my request, I called the store and was told that the technician, 13 Matthew, was out on break and that they would call me back when he returned. THEY DID NOT! I will not return to this Firestone Store# 015547 again!

When I first put these on, they did not handle well. Going around corners. The car would shimmy as if the sidewall was folding. It would be a little hiccup in the middle of a turn. I was going to return them, but the tire shop was no help. And the hassle made me decide to keep them. Here We are 2 years later with 30000 miles on them and they're completely worn out. They are Supposedly rated for 70000 miles. But good luck getting any kind of warranty on them since there's no way to do that. Do not buy Firestone I will never buy Firestone again. steer clear of these tires.

These tires can't handle the tining (groves carved into the concrete in the direction of travel) of a large amount of Iowa roads. These groves in the road are supposed to improve drainage and provide more traction. Unfortunately, with these tires, there is too much traction. Steering is difficult and exhausting if traveling on a long stretch of highway. The car shifts all over, making an extremely uncomfortable ride. At one point, after 1.5 hours of driving, an alarm went off on my dashboard telling me I need to keep both hands on the wheel. I DID have both hands on the wheel for the entire 1.5 hours in order to keep the vehicle on the road. These are my first Firestone tires, previous tires I have owned never had this issue. I heard they might need to be "broken-in," so I have given them a chance. 5,000 miles later, there is no improvement. I have had everything else on the car that could be causing the problem checked out - alignment, suspension, etc. No issues, just the tires. I have been to the tire dealer to see if they could help me with getting different tires, like maybe some credit since the tires aren't very old - I thought Firestone would have some sort of customer satisfaction built into their warranty. The dealer said there is nothing they can do, I will have to buy new tires if I don't like them. I will definitely have to get new tires, I can't take another 50,000+ miles of this. I will NOT buy Firestone again! If you travel on tined highways, avoid these tires!

This is my 2nd set Of Firestone Destinations. I drive mainly local and highway. But they handle and ride great. I've had them in snow,mud and light off road fun. I get every mile outta these tires they say. 70 thousand plus. And I probably could of got more. But I don't push when it comes to safety in my truck.

It's not a snow tire but did an admirable job in a couple inches of new snow with hard ice underneath. Acceleration and braking were smooth without much slippage. Climbed a pretty good incline getting into my neighborhood. All without chains!! I'm pretty impressed. Rides smooth and quiet on dry pavement as well. I have about 10k on them so far.

I do not have an exceptional amount of miles on these tires yet, but I am very satisfied with them so far. You can only do so much with a 4WD truck in regard to noise and ride, but these tires are so much better than what I had on before. They ride very smooth for being on a truck. I plan on replacing the tires on my minivan with the same tires.

Ive been a Bridgestone Tires customer for over 20 years now on cars trucks & Rv's , but when my Firestone Tire store were i make all my Tire purchases suggested that i look at these tires,,,, well at first i said NO .. but then he showed me the numbers that the others that have ran these tires in my area & their shares about them.. So reluctantly i agreed to try them with a total 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.. after the first fall weather and snow winter in Northwest Illinois i was a NOW fan of the Firestone LE3 tires .. I live in south western Oregon Now and will be looking for these tires while shopping this week.. Hopefully they are still as good as my last set turned out to be....FYI... I WOULDN'T suggest these for Trucks !! i would only use for SUV & Cars.... Happy Trails Too You (-:

These are the best tires I have had on my vehicle. They give you the best ride & traction you could ask for in wet & dry conditions. You get a smooth & very quite ride. They also give traction in situations where OTHER DRIVERS CANNOT SEEM TO STAY IN THEIR LANE OR KEEP EYES ON THE ROAD ( texting, rubber necking, videoing ). Not paying attention to driving . I could not as for a better tire to have on my vehicle.

Got a set of 4 of these tires about 2 months ago. Immediately felt a very improved ride, tire noise reduction and handling of my Sorento. I never realized how much a great tire could make in the performance of a vehicle. It's a pleasure to drive my car again. Very little to no tire noise inside the car. Holds the road perfectly and feels like I am driving on a cloud. Great handling in inclement weather too. These tires are worth every penny and the 70K warranty is a plus.
