[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hi I got the 5g smart control gas container a few months back and this is the best gas container that I ever used! I love how easy it is to use, how it locks securely and opens easely. How it won't just spill out when you pour causing gas to splash all around, rather you have to press the green tab (which also has a security feature another tab that has to be pushed (see pictures)) but it pushes really easely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Talk about a do it all gas container, this has already been my keep in the truck container for multiple reasons. 1 it is a great size and design for a 5g container which fits awesome in my tacoma. 2 it makes fueling easy while I'm out on my land scoping routes and need to top off a trimmer, edger, or mower. I can't wait to buy another for my two stroke fuel on the route. Amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this a week or so ago and like it pretty well. Fills quickly and stops quickly when you release so spills wouldn't really happen or would be harder to do so. Has nice ergonomic handle overall feel like this is a good quality gas can.

It took four attempts to get the 5 gallons into the gas tank of my Mercedes Benz 320CLK. The gas nozzle would *NOT* hardly allow me to depress the green button, in order to activate the gas passing through to the tank! If the nozzle had been about 4 inches longer, it probably would have worked! As it was, I had to *REMOVE* the plastic edge, on the bottom of the nozzle, to get the silly thing, deep inside the tank ; other wise, gas was leaking! 😜

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used many a gas can in my day and this one from Scepter is the bees knees. The safety nozzle looks complicated at first but it is quite simple after a quick glance at the instructions. And it prevents unnecessary accidental spills from kids or whatever reason. The red handle on top is great for toting it around and the rear handle is great for keeping hold while pouring. It also has a really cool feature that reduces the risk of fire, built in. This is a great can.

I like that the spout is at a 90 degree angle making filling more comfortable. Additionally the flow control valve is very nice. I am able to control how fast it is coming out of the container to avoid spilling any gas. Overall this is a quality product that I highly recommend.
