Awesome for the damage hair.

This seems different to me. No lather and doesn't feel like conditioner

The conditioner is fine but the pump was broke when I received it.

This is just like any other shampoo. Save your money and just buy pantene

I received this conditioner, and there is around an inch or so of product missing at the top. Less product than advertised (see pic online vs what received). I asked if this was normal or if it had been used, but never really got a response, just to mail it back. There is also product combusted in the bottom cap, so I'm not even sure if the pump would work . I can't speak to the quality of this product as I never got the chance to use it, but I do enjoy several Shea Moisture products, so I had been looking forward to trying this one.

Smells gross Shampoo is like water I have very long, fine, thick hair, this stuff made my hair feel weird. I got this because they were out of what I usually get.

Love, love, love this conditioner, hair is soft and manageable, not only that, it smells so good. Highly recommend.

It's a perfect conditioner. Hydrating and cleansing, leaving scalp fresh, clean and moisturized.
