Favorite casserole cheese

This is always my preferred blend of cheeses to top and/or stuff my meals with. I can never go wrong with this cheese.

Cheese that can used well in numerous dishes

I divide the package into 3 or 4 cup packages and freeze them until i need them. This saves me so much and i always have shredded cheese whenever I need it.

Bought it got home and was full of mold. Called to report and was told sorry we can’t do anything

Cheese goes bad very fast, in less than 2 weeks. No mold, but awful smell in bag and when cooking. Had to throw away over half a bag and the 2 pizzas we added it on top of. Smelled like yeast.

If I could have given this 0 stars I would have. There were several large spots of mold growing within a couple of days of my purchase, it may have even been on there when I got it home, but I didn’t look until I was ready to use it. So, I ended up throwing the entire bag in the garbage.
