When i first bought this honey it was very easy to squeeze out of the bottle. but soon after it began to crystalize and now I have to take off the cap to use. I'm not sure why this happened.

It's local and it's fresh. Older honey tends to crystalize and I have yet to see that in this honey, which tells me they don't waste a lot of time with collection, production, and shipping.

It hardened not useable

This arrived with a broken top and one side of the container caved in. Even in this condition the seal was still intact on the bottle so I kept it. Had to transfer to another container because of its condition and discovered that about 2" of the bottom honey was crystallized. Put remaining in a tightly sealed glass jar and found half of that crystallized in 2 days. Complete waste of money. Buttons (2, 3 and 4) below to add photos won't allow me to use.

I purchased this honey because it stated to be local to FL, raw and unfiltered. I have purchase honey from the Rice Family brand before and their honey doesn't disappoint. I like the taste as it isn't too strong, it has a delicate floral flavor. Add some honey to your tea or biscuits and I am sure you will love it. I would definitely recommend and repurchase.
