It’s nice additions in my backyard. We entertained friends in it and everyone of our friends like the Gazebo.

I love it! Really sturdy. Took me quite a bit of time to put together, you need 2 people. Directions just ok

Love the look of the gazebo. It did take a lot longer to put together than the description said. We did it over two weekends becasue of rain. HInt: When putting the roof panels up, the spacer kept on slider. So I put a tab of hot glue on the space and placed on the panel. No more getting off the ladder to find the spacer and start all over again. You do have to be careful in planning as the spacer goes on the bottom panel and on the rigth side. Panel 6 does not get a spaer.

This was the best investment we've made in a long time and we highly recommend this gazebo! We shopped gazebo's for several months and decided on this one based on numerous features! If you've been searching around, search no more. It took my husband and I and our two teenagers about 9 hours to assemble, start to finish! We had no missing parts and every hole aligned perfectly except two, which was an easy fix. I love the woodgrain (but metal) legs and the ceiling height. We've hung gazebo lights and it's now our favorite hang out in the evening! Let me tell you, the quality is top notch and the gazebo is very sturdy, very heavy and very well made! We've gotten so many compliments on it and I just can't say enough great things about this gazebo. We haven't attached the mosquito netting yet, as we won't need that till Summer, but do plan on it. I've wanted a gazebo for years, but my husband was reluctant because of the expense and lets face it, bad reviews. Once he finally gave in, and we got it assembled, he can't stop talking about how nice it is. When I come home from work, he's already out sitting under it, lol. Although it's very heavy and doubt we'll have a problem in high winds, we do plan on anchoring it down, which it comes with all of the necessary parts. All of our patio furniture and gas fire pit fit under it nicely with plenty of room to spare (that includes a cushioned loveseat, 4 cushioned chairs, a sofa table, a gas fire pit and a planter stand). Definitely takes at least two people and at least one person that can read 3 d instructions ( I'm terrible at that). however everything lined up perfectly, they give you plenty of extra pieces. make sure you have a power ratchet 10mm. that made the project speed up by 100x. the little wrench is only good to scratch your feet. overall it's a great product for the price and well worth it.

I love this gazebo! It took a while to get it set up (about 7 hours) but the end result was awesome. My only complaint is that the tie down straps on the bottom of the netting failed the first time we got some wind over 30mph. They need to strengthen the bottom connections. The velcro straps in the middle of the net work great! Why don't you do the same thing on the bottom that you do in the middle?

What an awesome addition to our backyard. The gazebo was delivered in one giant very heavy box left in our driveway which is where we started to unpack it. As my husband and I unpacked it we immediately noticed the bent frame. Thank goodness it was only the protective plate and not a part of the unit itself. The pieces were securely packed with every piece accounted for and no damage or scratches. We took our time putting it together over the course of 3 days but if need be we could have put it together in one day. Probably spent a total of 8 hours on it including anchoring it to the concrete patio and installing the roof twice as I didn’t tuck in the top panels as I was putting the pieces together. The hardware was organized and labeled for easy access. A tiny wrench was provided but we used our socket wrench which I would highly recommend using, can’t see how you would manage otherwise Every piece of the unit had an identifying label on it so you knew exactly what went where as laid out in the instruction manual. There was also a BILT intelligence video which we accessed but didn’t really need. We needed the help of a third person, my 12 year old nephew, for about 10 minutes to connect the hold up a section in order to connect all 4 posts to create a single unit. This was in the very beginning. We also found that we needed 2 ladders to put together the roof frame. We just happened to have 2 not sure most people will. 2 full ladders as a step ladder won’t get you high enough. Other than that the whole process was relatively easy and straightforward. No need to pay someone $500 to put together for you. It’s a $200 job at best. But the end product is breathtakingly beautiful. The paint is spectacular as neighbors thought it was real wood instead of aluminum. Seems like a quality product which we hope to enjoy for many many years.
