I bought the thighs in Member's Mark Brand that is nitrate free just like the drumsticks. When I went to clean them they needed a lot of work. Not very clean too much fat and skin that was not necessary. Which I understand it just added to the weight to raise the price.

Buy while you can at these prices. Worth it. Like suffering the false accusations that you had an affair with the poor African delivery man, who will probably not afford this chicken in the near future, seeing as how they are all being culled. Now your prayers are even more powerful.

I always get these. They are great for frying.
