Where are the apps?

I'm actually very disappointed with the support offered to this TV. Overall, the TV is fine. It's picture is great. The companion soundbar I bought has fantastic sound. But - and it's a HUGE "but"! - the list of available apps is woefully deficient. Believe it or not, Vizio doesn't even offer a web browser! A web browser! But I'll focus on just one example of a missing - and necessary - content app: Jellyfin. Jellyfin is simply not available through Vizio's app store. For those who don't know Jellyfin, it's a database for your personal media library. It allows you to catalogue your personal collection of films, TV shows, music, photos, books, audiobooks, etc. The Jellyfin app allows you to watch/read/listen to your personal content on your television rather than through a computer monitor. This is an *essential* app for me and had I known Vizio didn't offer Jellyfin, I would NOT have bought this TV. As it is, I'll keep the TV because it was a great value, has a superb picture, and has fantastic sound using the soundbar. But I won't use the Vizio interface. I'll watch this TV *exclusively* through one of my Amazon Fire TV sticks so I can access Jellyfin, my browser, and all other apps that Vizio doesn't offer.

Vizio tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from a 58" to a 65" 4k after the old TV started blinking. So far we love the new TV but was easy to set up.The screen size is great for us. Not over or under whelming. Just right 👍🏽. Great picture and graphics.

Great smart TV, unless you want to cast from a PC

My largest problem is that I purchased this for a commercial/training situation and wanted to be able to cast (Zoom, etc.) to the TV from a PC laptop. Unfortunately, the product does not allow this. Therefore I have to utilize an HDMI cable (which I wanted to avoid)

The 65

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never seen a picture on a TV as vivid and clear as my new Vizio 65 inch. It's really like being at the game. The color is really great. The field and players look natural, the sound is really good, and the set looks good on the stand. I would recommend family and friends to purchase a 65 nice Vizio in a heart beat! Mike T

Very disappointed

Returned less than 24 hours after buying. 75 inch. Would not stop kicking me out of my shows and returning to the main tv menu every 5-10 minutes. Tried every reset. Support folks tried to help but ended up sending me the warranty claim info. I will not trust this brand ever again.

Upgrade!

The legs were too far apart for our stand so we added a swivel stationary one and it's the bomb! All in all, definitely works purchase again, especially at this price!

Keeps picture keeps going out on us

I bought this a week ago with the soundbar.A few days later, I'm very unhappy with a movie.I watched the sound.The music was so loud and you could hardly hear the voices. Also. It worked okay for a Couple of Days and then It would snap out of Netflix and just black out. And we'd have to start all over again to get into Netflix to continue our movie.. This happened several times until yesterday a week later. After our purchase.\n Hopefully.\n Fixed issue. I guess we'll just wait and see At this time I'm going to say no I would not recommend the product. I wanted to return the t v for another one.

No Help

We have purchased Vizio TV's before and have not had a problem. Our new 65" is not making us happy. This is the second time we have had sound but no picture. After going through your suggestion the first time the picture came back on by itself after leaving it alone for about 2 hours. I have gone through the same suggestions again with no results. We never got an answer from the email I wrote the first time. Did we get a dud TV? Please contact us you should have my cell number from when I registered this product..

Do not purchase this trash

Purchase 2 on november 10 2024 as a gift for my dad and husbad. As soon as they started using their tvs the speaker started doiung a buzzing sound they it would reset the software by it self amd then the sound would start to going off for like 5 min and last the tv screen started looking like if someone punch on it then the tv never turned on all this between December 26 and January 5. Had to returned both tvs
