Not a smart tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lot of apps do not open. We have done all the troubleshooting suggestions. Unplug tv and router etc. I see remarks online that Vizio is aware and working on the issues but in the mean time have to use fire stick. This is a new model just bought it.

Disappointed

Difficulty with buffering due to jammed up processor. Took research on YouTube and Google to solve the issue. 2 hours. It seems to be running better but may have to return it if it gets worse again. The picture is sharp and the soundbar easily matched up. Once hooked to internet the apps downloaded fairly quickly. This is a low end model I think. We generally get what we pay for.

Better Than Expected (and we like Vizio)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is wonderful for the price. If you want better blacks and a clearer picture, you'll need to bump up to the QLED model. Otherwise, the interface is excellent, and we particularly like that the local stations are built into the "Watch Now" feature. All-around great TV for the money.

Great picture. Sad remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is great, but use your phone and not the supplies remote. The picture is clear and the sound is good, but I use a vizio surround system. The remote has issues. The TV does not respond well with the remote. I use the application on my phone.which works great.

Not the best

I have now had this tv for 5 months, and if I could go back I would have bought a different one. The picture on this tv is actually great, its vibrant and crisp. Now for the negatives. It has a hard time working properly with apps. Also just connecting to the internet has been a problem. It sometimes starts freaking out when trying to switch to different inputs. One day the sound also just stopped working. The fix for all of these problems is I usually have to unplug and plug the tv back in. And while that seems easy enough, it's kind of ridiculous to do weekly. So overall I would say to shop around a bit more. I'll be replacing this soon with a different brand that I've had much better satisfaction with.

Bad software

Screen and sound are great. The OS, and apps are severly lacking. I had to run through setup several times before it actually worked correctly. I had to try multiple times to register the sevice to my Vizio account. There is no MLB app. You have to agree to lots of spying to use some of the features. I may have to by a Roku and just disable all the smart features of this TV.

Very disappointed

Returned less than 24 hours after buying. 75 inch. Would not stop kicking me out of my shows and returning to the main tv menu every 5-10 minutes. Tried every reset. Support folks tried to help but ended up sending me the warranty claim info. I will not trust this brand ever again.

Vizio is the Best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple of weeks ago. Vizio 65 in tv. It has the best picture. The interface is set up great. User friendly. My son has an 80 inch Samsung and says how much better this is compared to his. I have had Vizio brand tvs for over 20 years and probably always will. Great quality for a great price.

Great value and quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vizio has always delivered exceptional quality at an affordable price. I have never been disappointed in my 15 years of buying Vizio from 42” to 75”. And with the Vizio app you have everything you need out of the box.

Great smart TV, unless you want to cast from a PC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV quality and image is great. My largest problem is that I purchased this for a commercial/training situation and wanted to be able to cast (Zoom, etc.) to the TV from a PC laptop. Unfortunately, the product does not allow this. Therefore I have to utilize an HDMI cable (which I wanted to avoid)
