I wouldn’t tell anyone to buy this unless they had the newest phone and only if you put on the box what software is needed to setup tv.

I just bought this tv and it is not compatible with all apps. It only allows you certain apps - not Xfinity Stream which I have.

Got for an excellent price at same. All of our tv's (6) from 24 in - 65 and all are Fantastic. Easy set-up, Picture quality, amount of free tv channels, and love pluto tv. I would recommend to all my friends that if need a new tv, I would buy a vizio.

Lovely image and hub, but the volume issue is a deal breaker. I did not read the reviews beforehand unfortunately, so now I have to go through the hassle of repackaging and returning. For reference, in order to hear the the TV at medium low, I have to turn it up to 95 out of 99. That's ridiculous! Considered adding a sound bar to avoid the return process, but decided against it on principle. What's the point of buying a cheap TV if it needs to be enhanced to provide basic service? Huge fail for Vizio with this one, they should recall it.

Terrible remote, no volume or channel control buttons on remote. Picture quality varied. Programming setup is not what you are use to.. not intuitive.....big disappointment 😞. Numerical keypad not readily available...you have to waste time finding it.

I purchased this TV as a Main Tv for my Household. I use the Direct TV APP but can't use it on my TV as it Doesn't support the App. I need an external gadget such as a firestick to be able to watch. Defeated the purpose of a smart TV with WiFi capable.

It’s a bit frustrating that in order to turn on the TV, you have to create a Vizio Account, especially when all you need is to use it for HDMI inputs to display meetings. It seems like such an unnecessary step! We went ahead and set up an account, but getting the second TV linked to it was quite the challenge. We even ended up factory resetting the TV twice, and still couldn’t get it to register properly with the Vizio Account. Finally, somehow we got past the Vizio Account Setup Screen, but now the 2nd TV doesn't act like the 1st one. Not really thrilled with the amount of money spent, to have spent 5 hours trying to get the TV's to display.
