Love my Vizio TV's

Great Picture but not enough apps

It's a good product overall but the lack of key apps, especially MLB, is a deal breaker for any more Vizio purchases. I had to buy a 4k Roku just to get all the apps I use. Not only is it additional expense but requires extra steps to get to Roku and I need two remotes - Vizio for on/off and volume, and Roku for apps and channel select.

Latency Issues

Recently purchased two Vizio 65” televisions and it has been issue after issue after issue. Television frequently freezes and the only solution is to disconnect and reconnect power, particularly difficult since the television is mounted on the wall. Televisions buffer frequently and sometimes doesn’t respond to the remote controls. When it is operable, latency issues are constantly experienced. We have purchased WiFi extenders and placed within close proximity of the television with no significant results. Haven’t experienced this issue with any other televisions in the home, except both brand new Vizio televisions.

Disappointed After Just 3 Months

This was my first time buying a Vizio TV—and it will be my last. At first, I was honestly thrilled. The picture quality seemed amazing for the price, and I couldn’t believe the value I was getting. But after just a few months, the problems started. The TV frequently restarts on its own for no reason, and sometimes the apps won’t even load. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when I just want to relax and watch something. Unfortunately, I’ll be replacing this TV as soon as I can—with one from a brand that has a better reputation for reliability.

TV Quality

We bought this TV back in November of 2024 we are currently on our second TV. THE first one guit working properly, now we are waiting for the third TV because the second Tv would never work properly . Overall when the TV is working it’s perfect tv we like the picture we like all of the features that are on it.

Distracting green pixels

There are many green pixels on the left side of the screen that are very distracting when watching. Also after continuing over and over to setup Vizio to open with my Directv remote without having to use the Vizio remote to navigate to the Directv Genie it will not. It did once and then went back to having to use the Vizio remote and going down to Directv Gene. So aggravating!!!
