Was great for Christmas Breakfast with the entire family for self serve. Plan on using this for camping in the spring.

We purchased two of these cafe' for our office. They hold a lot of coffee and keep it hot for hours!

Worked perfect for a hot cocoa bar. Held about 8 cups of hot cocoa. Kept it hot for hours. Easy to clean.

So far this airpot has been good. The pump action has been flawless. It does not seem to retain heat as long as thought, but we don't preheat it. You need a rather tall faucet or deep sink to rinse it out. Other than that, we have been pleased with it.

Use it every day for small snack bar.

Too expansive compared to a slightly smaller Airpot available at Sam's for a lot lower prize.

The lever mechanism to lift the top is balky. Often doesnt work first or even second time. About 1/2 cup coffee left in pot when pump mechanism goes "dry"

Over the past few years I've purchased three of these airpots. This one is obviously of a lower quality. The stem, which was stainless steel, is now plastic. Also, the unit leaks air somewhere, causing it to spit the beverage into the cup and onto your clothes.

My 2nd thermos of this type from Sams. After 2 years, the internal plastic parts split in several different locations due to either age or thermal stress resulting in a coffee/air sputtering mixture coming out of the nozzle that makes a complete mess. Truly examined my 2 year old thermos from Sams minutes ago, the internal thing has plastic cracks in 3 places allowing air to mix with the coffee causing the problem. In looking for a replacement part, I see it is made by "Bakers & Chefs" out of China, but there website does not mention thermoses like this, so I gues I have to throw this one out since no spare parts are available and purchasing 3 of them in 5 or 6 years is not agreeable to me.
