Since most of these days upgrade our laptops rather than be first timers, it would be good to provide a USB-C/USB-C cable with software to transfer software from the old laptop (windows/Mac) to the new Laptop. My son took 3 full days to transfer his data over the wifi modem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 (14" AMD) - Cloud Grey a month ago. It has been wonderful! I use it for school, work, and gaming. The structure is sturdy but light. I don't have to worry about it breaking in my bag or if a child plays with it and I can carry it around with ease. The system performance can adapt to all my needs from gaming to writing an essay. There is never any preformance lagging, it boots up and shuts down in seconds, and updates are a breeze. I enjoy the ability to switch from laptop mode to tablet mode by simply folding it and the addition of the keyboard lock in tablet mode prevents any accidental botton pressing. I love how user friendly and customizable the whole IdeaPad Flex is!!

Its priced really well, the touch screen is great, it is super durable. I have one I bought about 5 years ago and it still works fine but my 2yo jumped on it a few months ago which cracked the screen, still works though, now she has her own laptop lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great laptop. Quick, even with only 8 GB RAM. Touch screen works well so far (my previous Flex 5 had problems with the touchscreen after a couple of years). Only two issues: 1- system goes to sleep occasionally, even though settings are set to never sleep. The issue here is that the system does not reawaken and can only be restarted by keeping the power button pressed for 15 seconds to reboot. 2- there is no keyboard backlight, which is probably my fault for not noticing, but I do much of my work in the evenings and now need to have all the lights on so I can see the keyboard.

I needed something for my business suddenly but it needed to be cost effective. I bought a slightly cheaper computer from a competitor that I promptly returned for slow performance & excess add-on software that no one asked for. Went straight to Lenovo, knowing that is what I should have done in the first place, & the computer is fantastic. Battery life is amazing, screen is beautiful, fingerprint scanner works beautifully, boot-up is extremely fast & processing power is more than fast enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Based on my limited experience this model it seems to perform well (did not observe heating issues and excessive fan speed). The aesthetic design of the laptop is quite good while having a sturdy built and reasonable battery life. Hope this will continue to perform well in the long run.

I love this computer. It's sleek and had a a good desolate. My only reason for not giving it a fifth star is because randomly the laptop shuts off and I have to reset it, even when the battery is sufficiently charged. It takes time to reboot and since I'm a student can be a real inconvenience.

The lenovo user interface is nicer than what I had before, and since I had the chance, I have made my device Google and Amazon free, which makes the whole experience much nicer, IMO.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hardly even used the computer and within 30 day I get this bitlocker screen and need a recovery key to access my computer and when I type it in, it says the hardware is defective and cannot be repaired so I have a useless piece of silicon. In addition, the battery only charges up to 60%. I want to charge it up to 80%
