I was surprised and disappointed that these patties were so small. They are like half dollar size. You'd need three of them to fit on an english muffin, for a breakfast sandwich.

Very Small

I very much like the taste and the convenience of this product. I can have a hot breakfast in less than 5 minutes that is delicious and filling. I'm very picky about sausage. I do not like spicey or patties with a lot of sage. These are perfect for me. I put them on a microwave safe plate wrapped or covered with a paper towel, and in 1 minute I have hot sausage patties ready to eat.
