This silverware has become some of my favorite! I liked how it was flat and design-less. It made the matte gold look that much more glamorous on my holiday table! It gave my table a little more flash than my regular mismatched silver silverware.

So far, this set is all I expected - I do see wear and tear on the items that I use often (I purchased the black matte) - they are quite smaller than other flatware. But I am satisfied with my purchase for an affordable price. This is not your typical dinnerware set if you are trying to impress others.

I chose all-black utensils because anything else including stainless steel always stained. It's early yet but these look clean when they are clean with no ugly staining. Sturdy and tough. The instructions seem to indicate it's best to hand wash them. Not happening. They've been through the dishwasher a few times and still look good. We'll see what happens in six months to a year.

More than expected!. The set feels and looks very elegant and would make a very nice wedding or house warming gift. Very smooth to the touch and each piece is a bit larger than your average flatware sets. I really like this set and glad I chose the darker color.

The utensils clean very easily. I would definitely recommend handwashing. Can get spotty in the dishwasher. So far they seem to be very well-made. NOT light chintzy low quality. They are nice looking too.

Classic and beautiful. These feel like high quality and will last for years to come. They have held up to lots of use and dishwasher wear. I love the simple handles without the old timer pattern on them. They make my table look complete.

I think this is a great silverware set. I would have given it five stars, but my husband is very particular about his silverware, so I am taking his thoughts into consideration. If you like lighter silverware, this is for you. It is a slim, attractive set. I think the finish is not trendy and will not go out of style. If you like heavier silverware, this isn’t for you. The weight does not affect the performance at all. The fork did not bend when using it to cut meat. Even when you try to bend the silverware, it doesn’t bend easily. It is very sturdy. The silverware fits well in my hand, but again, my husband thinks it is too small for his hand. Some spotting did occur after coming out of the dishwasher. It was set on the wash and dry setting. It is simple to wipe off with a cloth.

The gold color of this flatware is very nice. It made my place setting look very elegant for Christmas. They are lightweight and sturdy. I have run the through the dishwasher several time and still look new.

I was looking for flatware with some weight to it so that it doesn't feel so flimsy in your hand. Based on the description of this, I thought it was going to be what I was looking for. I was really disappointed that it was much lighter than I thought it would be. It's very pretty though!
