The product was sent to an address across the United States from where I live and then marked as delivered. My shipping address is correct here at Sam's club. Fedex stated that it was sent to the correct address (the address on the shipping label). I cannot verify if the puzzle is awesome or not because I never received it. I can only assume the wrong label was put on the package. Sam's club will be issuing a refund, but I would hesitate to order a product from YouTheFan again.

I selected Kansas City Chiefs and received Washington Commanders. Customer Service said it could not be returned. Also, when spoke with Customer Service they said they could not do anything because the Sam’s website showed it had not been delivered but it showed delivered on the FedEx site.
