I bought this mop bucket about a week ago and got it out of the box today and put together and there was no handle with it. This makes it very difficult and cumbersome to dump when full.

I’ve bought three of these in less than 9mos. All have the same issue. The bar that attaches the wringer handle to the wringer pulls away from the plastic inserts. It is not sturdy enough for daily kitchen use.

Bought this 2 or 3 months ago. Only been used maybe 7 or 8 times. One of the welds on the wringing handle came loose so it won't wring anymore. Now its just a rolling bucket. Would think the weld should hold up to a little more use than this

I like that the Sams wringer is solid and doesn't come with a metal rod on the back of the wringer. The previous bucket I bought online came with a wringer that has a metal rod running across the back so every time I squeeze a mop, the wringer flexes to one side. I thought it would break if I kept using it. This Sams wringer is solid and does not flex. very happy. love the price

Already went through 3 them this year. NO More. I'll paid more for a Rubbermaid brand. This Marks brand / Ecolab is cheap quality and very fragile. The wringer handle bend, crack, and breaks off. The wheels get rusted and stop spinning. It is advertised as commercial grade but it is definitely not!!

This is not intended for commercial use! The older version was much better, but this new design that they carry is not worth the purchase. I bought one and the handle bent out of shape from normal use. I thought it was defective so I returned it and got another one. The same thing happened again. Just not good strong quality for commercial use

I bought this item about 8 weeks ago and the wringer handle is already bent to the point where it pops apart every time you use it. I think it might just be a product defection as I bought another one at the same time and it still seems to be working fine.

We own a cleaning crew and we have already went through about 5 of these. The wringer tends to fail really quick within 2months with the springs coming apart, if that doesn't fail wait for the handle to fail, they seems to bend easily when you apply pressure to wring out the excess water. Funny because the only job for that handle is to aid in wringing out excess water by depressing it and that handle bends at the slightest pressure after 2-3months. They used to be of solid quality and now its garbage!
