The bucket and everything is good, but the company itself doesn’t sell the mop handles, which I think is a big flaw

My crew had 2 break in one week. The handle is made from thin metal and folds with minimal pressure.

broke in 3 days

Squeezing mechanism broke in 3 days. The weld that allows it to squeeze the mop head just snapped off mid squeeze. Poorly made product.

Not sturdy enough for commercial kitchen use

I’ve bought three of these in less than 9mos. All have the same issue. The bar that attaches the wringer handle to the wringer pulls away from the plastic inserts. It is not sturdy enough for daily kitchen use.

Missing a handle!

I bought this mop bucket about a week ago and got it out of the box today and put together and there was no handle with it. This makes it very difficult and cumbersome to dump when full.

Weld isn't strong enough

Bought this 2 or 3 months ago. Only been used maybe 7 or 8 times. One of the welds on the wringing handle came loose so it won't wring anymore. Now its just a rolling bucket. Would think the weld should hold up to a little more use than this

Mop bucket handle

I bought 2 of these and on the second one tried to be very cautious with the handle when draining the month yet it's still bends and gets damaged eventually... Handle to drain mop needs to be manufactured with stronger material. Wouldn't recommend.

Cheap Quality Mop Bucket

Already went through 3 them this year. NO More. I'll paid more for a Rubbermaid brand. This Marks brand / Ecolab is cheap quality and very fragile. The wringer handle bend, crack, and breaks off. The wheels get rusted and stop spinning. It is advertised as commercial grade but it is definitely not!!

Will last you 3months the most.

We own a cleaning crew and we have already went through about 5 of these. The wringer tends to fail really quick within 2months with the springs coming apart, if that doesn't fail wait for the handle to fail, they seems to bend easily when you apply pressure to wring out the excess water. Funny because the only job for that handle is to aid in wringing out excess water by depressing it and that handle bends at the slightest pressure after 2-3months. They used to be of solid quality and now its garbage!
