There's nothing "cheap" about this mixer except for Walmart's terrific price which is less than half the price, but with more features than that other popular cordless mixer, the one that starts with a "K" (Not sure if I'm allowed to mention another brand in the review.) This Chefman is rock solid in construction. The led lights are a real plus! They make it so easy to tell when the battery needs charging or when it's fully charged. I use the mixer for making mashed potatoes, whipped cream, scrambled eggs etc. It works perfectly for those simple things. (Suggestion: Don't leave the charger connected for more than 2 hours. When you see the blue light you will know it's fully charged and you should not need to use the charger until you see a change in the color from Blue to orange or or to red.)

I love this wonderful little mixer! The charge lasts a long time and I’m not tethered to an outlet or having to unplug another appliance to use my mixer. I love the light that tells you how much charge you have left and when to plug it in. I’ve only used it for lighter mixing jobs so far and I’m not sure how it would work for heavier jobs (a double batch of cookie dough for instance) but I’m very happy with it so far 🙂

Absolutely luv this mixer!!! So great without that horrible cord getting in your way while u mix! The mixer itself is well built and mixes solidly. The charge holds very well and I use it for any size job. Love the light that shows charge level and the light that shines on product u r mixing. The price is excellent for quality of product. Product was well engineered. So easy to charge with little plug. Just buy it! Can’t live without mine!

Love the convenience of this hand mixer of not having to deal with a cord. It is light weight and great for small quick mixing but not powerful enough for a high-speed recipe like meringue. Overall, I happy with having it readily available.

Please make sure your user guides match your product. User guide describes grills on both side so clearance is needed. But the microwave I have has no grills so I guess clearance from the sides isn't needed?

I like that it’s cordless. It’s a bonus that there is a light that shines on the beaters! It’s not as powerful as I thought it would be. It gets the job done.

So far not impressed. We have only used it a few times. It doesn't heat well. And on the crisp mode the food doesn't actually get hot. The plate is so hot you can't touch it.

Microwave formed a severe burn hole on interior of door, towards the top. Cannot use microwave due to strong chemical-burn odor and fear that microwave will catch on fire.

I love the features of this mixer, like cordless and the bowl light, but, ultimately, I need it to MIX. It didn't have enough power to whip butter past grainy. Sad, because I loved that you could buy a 3-year warranty for it for $5 and have Allstate protection, but it just isn't a powerful enough hand mixer! Lots of other reviewers said it had plenty of power for them. Maybe the one I got was defective. It did not come close to feeling like a powerful hand mixer.
