The ratio of chocolate to cracker is perfect — you get that smooth, rich chocolatey taste without it being too much, and the crispy cracker balances it out so well. I love that they use both milk and dark chocolate — it adds such a nice depth of flavor. The texture, the flavor, the little mushroom shape… everything about these is just perfect.
