Each piece is a mini cookie in the shape of a mushroom: it has a thick, domed, chocolate cap, sitting on top of a plain, pretzel-like stick. I eat them by the handful, and it's honestly hard to limit myself. They're truly addictive! I store them in the fridge for the maximum crunch factor.
