It is a good quality toothpaste. It helps to preotectvtgr gum and cleans well. Packaging is very appealing. Flavor is ok. Not too harsh or spicy. O recommend this.

very nice toothpaste, not sure how much it really does for your gums but i do feel like it leaves your mouth clean. not an overpowering minty flavor it is subtle to me if that's what you're looking for
