[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently moved and upgraded from our older model Samsung TV to this NEO QLED and we are so happy with it. The QN90D sound option is amazing. It's clear and so robust that we've put off adding Samsung's latest sound bar. Picture quality is outstanding when 4K or higher resolution content is available. Installation took two of us because of its size but setup/registration was a breeze and connection to a supplemental app equipment was seamless. Best TV we've ever owned.

When I turn on my TV the soundbar automatically comes on and I can control it with my TV remote. I also love the gaming features that are available. I can even play Xbox games straight through the TV, no Xbox required, just use my xbox subscription service. Overall very happy with this TV and would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this TV is great. The menu is fairly easy to navigate. The sound is really good. It is not overly affected by glare. It has plenty of AV ports to support just about any peripheral. The one knock I have is picture sharpness. This picture is by no means bad but I just can't seem to dial it in to really good. It still has what I call "electronic edges." Subtle hints of non clarity around the edges of some objects. My wife doesn't evens what I'm talking about, so maybe I'm just over scrutinizing, but I see what I see. If it weren't for that one minor issue, this TV would be perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The most convenient thing about these devices today is that they are so simplistic to hook up to your internet, sound bars etc. Basically, plugging cords in and you are on your way. The ease of installation with the brackets and the clear instructions is super important. I would recommend that Samsung continue to improve these by adding QR codes that lead to videos or manuals etc to provide those who absorb information via the spoken word, written words, pictures or video. The quality of the product itself is outstanding and having the manufactures warranty in the background makes it more comfortable to buy these products knowing that in the event of some unusual error you are not out any money for no fault of your own. Samsung needs to acknowledge that aftermarket items such as backlighting of tvs are a thing and therefore their designs need to accommodate that by adding some type of clip for these items on the backs of the TV's . This would be next level stuff for Samsung to integrate into their designs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV itself is bright, clear and reliable. Easy to set up. Sound is plenty fine even without external speakers. The interface is honestly horrible. Far less intuitive than prior version. Almost impossible to find the apps page (except in the context of the home page, which has an abbreviated apps section). That means that when apps misfire, which they sometimes do and need to be deleted and re-downloaded, that becomes a challenge every single time. If you do buy this TV, buy a Roku. Use that input, that interface and that remote. Makes life a lot easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not expect such clarity with the color and picture. I was pleasantly surprised how clear of a picture. The built in sound is also fantastic. You can hear it no matter where you sit in the room. Love the voice command remote. It was a great idea to have a solar battery charger for the remote. I just place it in the sun and the charge is always there. I would recommend to anyone that asks.
