The only issue i notice is that profiles of various users get lost for some reason, and requires an extensive search and restarts to find profiles.

Other brands always looked clear and vibrant in the stores but when I got them home they were a disappointment. Samsung always looked like it was vivid and clear as displayed. This TV has the best side viewing angle I have ever purchased, when sitting on the side of the TV you can still see everything very clear. Also the glare resistance this TV has is immaculate. I have over 20 windows in my living room, dining room and kitchen area with tons of natural sunlight on this TV and it does not affect the visual quality at all. Very impressed with the TV and will be sticking to only Samsung TVs in the future. Thanks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old Samsung TV died after years of use. It was only a 65". We chose to upgrade to the 85" and it is GREAT to see. The picture is clear and crisp, and the sound is just right for us. It has been easy to set up, very similar to the last set. The remote is solar powered, so we have to remember to move it to a room with a window periodically because our TV room has no windows but that is way better then buying new batteries all the time. A new feature that our old set didn't have is the recent watched on the home screen. That makes it so easy to pick up where we left off when we watched prior, rather then signing into whichever app we were using at the last watch.

The memory size and motion rate for sports is challenging. Overall I am pleased with the TV based on the value but would advise on spending more money and moving up in quality if you are a TV snob like me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our Samsung Neo QLED to watch our favorite movies, tv shows, and sporting events. We also stream content and play video games. The brightness of the colors and picture clarity are the best we have ever seen. For the video games, the refresh rate is super quick. We paired the tv with the Samsung Q990 sound system with Q-Symphony. The sound makes it feel like you are sitting right in the middle of a concert.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our primary TV in our home. The TV itself is one of the best I’ve seen for quality, picture, brightness etc. Such a beautiful picture. My only complaint (and it’s minor), is with the remote. Specifically the volume control. Pushing the button up and down obviously controls the volume. When the button is depressed in, the audio is muted. When turning the volume up and down, more often than not, you will inadvertently mute the audio. IMHO the remote would be great if there was a separate mute button.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sometimes am on "overload" with the quantity of features and perks that come with this TV. I like the "Recent features", as I can just click there if I want to go back to what I was watching earlier. The only negative, and this has nothing to do with the tv itself, but all the channels want to peg you into the same hole. I was recently annoyed because I found that after a certain amount of time, the tv would shut itself off, and I would have to turn it on again. I found the "Timer" setting and changed it to when I wanted the tv to turn off, but you should really have that info available when the Geek Squad sets up the devices for clients. Another quirk is the sleep timer. I cannot seem to set it the time I want. I go into Settings, click over to where I want it, but it always defaults to "180 minutes". That's ok because it's at night, but still, I would like to control that feature.
