I have driven over 1,000 miles on them and am very pleased so far.Mostly gravel roads and prarie trails with some highway. They are holding up nicely to the gravel. Have not done any snow driving yet as it's been dry here, I think they will do just fine.

The Destination XT tires seem to have a entirely different but satisfying feel as far as traction and ride go. They do great in the rain. I haven't encountered snow or ice yet but I'm sure they will do great. My only wish is that all sizes were available with with white wall lettering. I was alittle disappointed once I realized there were no white letters on the size I purchased.

I've always been a Toyo person. But when the XT first came out. I decided to try them. I really enjoy the awesome winter driving capabilities and how quiet they are through the entire life of the tread. Even with heavy oilfield use. The only time I've had a flat is from a nail. Great durability when you are drive the gravel roads doing Mach Jesus with a truck full of heavy equipment. I'm definitely going to put them on my two personal trucks when it comes time.

With the new Firestone Destinations I put on my jeep wrangler the death wobble I was experiencing totally stopped. I was shocked after a year of trying to fix it, it was the tires. I switched from BF goodwrich to Firestone and am super happy. Thanks Fire stone. Justin

Having grown up in the tire business, I've been around Firestone along time. This new cross-terrain tire really intrigued me by it's tread design and mileage warranty. I bought LT275/70R18s and they have been a great ride with great performance off-road and on-road. The tires are not noisy as you might think from their design. The tires have a great ride and have great traction off road, in the snow, and great wet traction with great braking. The only problem I have with them is I didn't get the mileage out of them. I'm replacing them just shy of 30K. I rotated about every 5K and have maintained my pressures with towing and not towing. I would buy this tire again!

Never bought "good" tires before buying a set of the Destination X/Ts. Always bought Light truck driving tires, or maybe all-terrain. The traction during the winter with those was not good, had to put sandbags in the back. These Destination tires have great traction in the snow and ice so I no longer need weight in the back. This is my second set and I would recommend them to anyone. They are noisier than highway driving tires and am not sure if they are noisier than any other all-terrain tire.

Just wanted to say Firestone crew did an awesome job In a short time frame. While waiting for my vehicle they had some upset customers that don't understand the process of how the work is done. But the staff handled it great and that make me want to come back for future purchases. I very recently drove from Texas to Maine with my 2006 Chevy Silverado WT. Extended cab, long bed, 5300 lbs, and a new set of Firestone Destination X/T tires. I was a little concerned before leaving. The tread is pretty aggressive and I wasn't sure how well it would do at interstate highway speeds and hurricane torrential rain coming through the southeast. The tires were great at highway speed and a number of slower passage muddy, heavy run off water detours. They also navigated some heavy road construction with rough lanes and uneven surfaces. They did have a slight hum at speed, but the ride quality was surprisingly good. They looked like new after the first 2,200+ miles.

This will be my 4th set of 265/70r17 between my two 3/4 ton pickups and I plan to go bigger to see if they will impress me even more. They are amazing in deep snow mud sand and rock. And they are great on bad ice as long I kept it 55. I highly recommend these tires I put them to work every day and thru play seeing if I can get it stuck down unplowed roads. I hope they make these tires forever because I believe and trust these tires more than an other and will continue to buy them.

I love these X/T tires. My old tires I only heard tire noise, now with the X/T I only hear wind noise and zero tire noise. I love my truck now with these X/T tires which makes my truck feel like a luxury car ride. Traction on wet and snow surfaces are great. This will be the only tire my truck will ever have on it and now my friends are all getting them too. Best tire ever .
