We found this to be moist, delicious and not too salty. Before cooking, we watched a YouTube video on how to cook. As directed, we wrapped tightly in foil to keep juices inside, placed in a pan and baked to 140 degrees in a 350 degree oven. Then we let it sit for 20 minutes before carving.

I bought this ham last week at Sam's. I was excited to make it for my family. I made it tonight and it was honestly the most disgusting ham I've ever had in my entire life. Extremely fatty and chewy. Not one member of the family wants leftovers. After cutting off all the fat there wasn't much left. Huge fat chunks throughout the ham. I'm glad I didn't serve this for a holiday meal, I would have been so embarrassed.

This a great ham from a value standpoint, about equal to the deli ham in terms of quality. I used a. Sugar/ mustard/honey glaze and roasted at 275 for about 65 minutes. The secret is knowing how to cut it. Look at the grain and cut across it. Simple as that. I got rave reviews for simple ham and provolone sandwiches on brioche buns. Slice it thin!!!
