I really enjoyed making this item. Instructions were wonderful and easy to follow. Looks even better when made up. Thanks for another wonderful Lego set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [Employee of lego-global] This Japanese garden is a safe place - the name 'Tranquil Garden' says it all. I put my mini figure in front of the teahouse and study it during the workday when I feel stressed.

Very fun building experience the whole way through, building the water was my favorite part. It has good play value with a lot of open space and the ability to switch around the trees, bamboo, and statue to different spots. The aesthetic of the set is just overall really beautiful and it works so well as a display piece. Easily one of the most beautiful sets lego has put out in a long time

Wonderful build! This set looks way better in person (not to say the photos look bad). Not sure if it was intentional or not, but the garden is definitely minifig scale! While the set doesn't come any minfigs, I enjoy putting minfigs in the gardens and creating scenes. Not any boundary-push build techniques, but the bridge is neat, and I love all of the plants can be easily rearranged. With some relatively easy modifications this set would be an excellent addition to a modular city! Or just to have on your desk, so can imagine strolling through the garden instead of sitting through another meeting that could have been an email.

So excited about this set, and i'm looking forward to putting it together soon. It came in, in no time at all, and it was well packaged.

Got this for my 19 year old college attending granddaughter, as per hint. She loves Legos and this will be an amazing addition to her collection.

Got this as a gift for my adult daughter. It was as shown and my daughter loved it. It put together well and is a nice display piece.
