This was easy build with lots of detail. You can even customize the location of the fish that's printed on the bricks in the water. You can change the location of the trees. There are no stickers included with this set, instead they are already placed on the appropriate bricks.

The package came quickly. Inside there's a huge booklet with very detailed directions for putting everything together and about a dozen bags of pieces with even smaller bags of the smallest pieces inside each. It only took me about four days to put together (I was drawing it out and only doing a few bags each day). It was really interesting to watch it come together and now that it's complete, it looks beautiful. It's a really good size and nice to display and there's enough that you can move around to change it up as you feel it. The price was crazy but I got a small deal and I'm really happy I spent the money.
