Second time we’ve bought this model. Heats up even faster than the previous one. Quiet and efficient, and low profile allows cabinet door to open without bumping into the urn!

I use this product ALL THE TIME, I use it for parties or when people come over. cleaning it is very easy, it holds it's temperature very well , and it's size is huge. If you need lots of coffee then this is the product for you.

This is so easy to use and very quick! Had the version that took about 50 minutes and this cuts the time in half.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this coffee urn! The urn makes 45 cups of great coffee in 28 minutes and it stays warm and toasty, not burned. Although, you don't need a coffee filter, I used a basket style filter, flattened with a hole in it for the stem. This made cleanup much easier. The handle is great, you can either push it with your cup or set the cup below the spout and lift. either way it works nicely and doesn't drip. A light turns on and stays on when the coffee or water is hot. You must plug the urn into the wall to begin brewing and unplug to turn it off. It would be better if it had an on/off switch so it's easier not to forget to turn it off. For a large urn this doesn't take up very much space, about the same as a regular coffee maker. Just what I needed for when my large family comes over for brunch or lucheons with friends.

the coffee pot looks nice, but not worth 85. the tin is to thin you will need to be careful not to dint it when washing,they could of stepped up on metal. Has No on and off switch you have to plug in plug out for switch. They could add a switch for 85...drips from spicket. ..5 stars for $40. for $85. not even close.
