Very high quality chair! From the box to the setup instruction sheet to the actual chair. Just what an awesome chair. Extremely comfortable!!! Easy setup! Easily done by yourself. Delivery was fast and very well taken care of seeing how big the box was I was expecting poor care but it was delivered very carefully. Fantastic experience all around!

The chair is beautiful. However, cannot adjust the height which makes it difficult to use your keyboard and mouse. It is way too low. I am 5'6" and my legs are too long for the foot rest. If you buy this chair for gaming without using your keyboard and mouse go for it. Its really a beautiful chair.

This chair is great, we bought it for the initial purpose of me using it while i return to school online as i spend a few hours at my computer and two for my husband to game in, we love it. Its durable, comfy, fairly lightweight and the recline is nice.

Nice chair, not as good as you'd expect for the price but will do for what we want. Kind of a pain to put together. It's definitely not for a tall person, the footrest end up being about mid-calf on a 6 foot tall person.

I purchased this for my teenager. She loves it, said it was very comfortable. It is the only chair she sits in now. At least I can always find her, lol. She assembled it herself.

The chair is super comfy and functional. Putting it together was a little difficult as the photos didn't show where/how to put the screws in. It took several tries to get the back on. The stripes on the back do not line up with the ones on the seat as you would think they would for such an expensive product

Box arrived open. looks like a return. I didn't expect the best quality for the price but this is terrible. feels like I can stick my finger through the materiel. All of the flash leather loose fitting, the seems are just sagging. There is nothing tied to zippers to open or close them. During unboxing, small plastic parts were falling off and out of the loose packaging. The base is a metal ring with a piece of materiel wrapped around it with an elastic band. Just plain horrible
