Just bought a little farm house with a wrap around porch in Ky. I think its law you have to have rocking chairs on a porch out in the country. Took me about 15 minutes to put together and I'm 60 and broken. They are just lovely. Would highly recommend.

Nice rocking chairs. I bought two. The first one came in with the back of chair damaged. I called the number that was packed with the chair and they sent me the replacement within the next week. My second chair came in without any damage to it. They are comfortable and it’s a good price. Thinking about ordering a third chair.

Great looking rocker. Easy to assemble and paint looks great. If you look for imperfections, you’ll find them but for the two we ordered they were minimal with slight scratches that are hardly visible. The sun beats down on everything but the quality is such that I believe they will last for several years. Comfortable and a great size without being jumbo.

I got 2 of these in black. Great quality and finish. Easy assembly. Order shipped and received as promised. They are very comfortable with a deep seats often not found in a rocker at this price. There were reviews that noted the screws did not match the chair paint. Easy fix. Just put a dab of acrylic paint on them and that concern is fixed.

I bought two red rockers. I love them. Love the size. Love that they’re oversized. Love the rich color. Very easy to put together for a 71-year young woman. Only need a screwdriver and a mallet. Very heavy and very sturdy! Hate all of the stickers. Too more time to remove them than the tome to put rockers together. Goo Gone works perfectly!

These are sturdy chairs and were fairly easy to put together. They are large chairs and look more expensive than they were. We have them on a covered porch, not sure how they would hold up in an exposed area. I would have given them five stars, but removing all the stickers took longer than assembly.

Ordered 2, and one of them had a bad finish. There are splotches in the polyurethane sealer on the top of the chair in a very obvious area, you can tell they tried to sand it which only made it worse because but didn’t sand it enough and it needs another coat of the sealer. I contacted Sam’s but they couldn’t send me a replacement part or exchange it because the black chairs are out of stock and I need a matching set. A rep from Members Mark said she’d email me to send them photos and see if there’s anything they can do, but I never heard from her. It’s annoying to keep a damaged product and annoying that Sam’s didn’t do anything to help, but I’m keeping the chair since I need to have 2 that match. I really like the scale and style of these chairs and they work well on my porch. They’re the most comfortable wooden rocking chairs ever.

I ordered two rocking chairs a couple of weeks ago. They arrived earlier than predicted. They are beautiful and easy to assemble. However one chair seat has a broken slat. I called the number for replacement parts and they have assured me that a new seat will be sent. Not here yet but it’s only been a week. So the chairs are lovely except for a broken seat...which will hopefully be replaced soon.

Maybe my problem was just the luck of the draw. When I attached the rockers to the leg and arm parts the head of one of the bolts barely screwed in deep enough to be out of the way of the floor contact surface of one of the rockers- leaving me concerned what would happen if ever that contact surface were to wear away a little. When I was ready to attach the back I discovered one of its flimsy slats was cracked. Can't be sure it came that way or if that happened as the result of some light handling during my unpacking and laying out of the parts. Will return without ever having completed the assembly.

I wanted four chairs for my back patio. When the first four boxes came two of the chairs backs were broke and I had to return. Still needing four, I ordered two more, when the next chairs came one had the holes were the seat went drilled in the wrong place. Several of my chairs I kept have scratches on them. I was very disappointed.
