I really like these because they are long and gives me more protection when I go out for awhile. The size and thickness is perfect for what I need when coughing and sneezing happens. The fabric keeps you dry and is breathable. Any leaks are easily absorbed so get out there and do those activities that you thought were impossible.

I am starting into the menopausal part of life, and anyone who is going or has been through it, knows how unpredictable it can be. I like having the longer pad and I feel completely protected. I would definitely recommend.

They are not especially comfortable, but it is possible to forget you're wearing it after a while. It would be difficult to recommend these for people with active lifestyles. Too much movement seems to make them shift, bunch, and the glue rubs off, and I am not super active. The do absorb quickly, and leave a relatively dry feeling at the surface. It might be helpful to explore changing the shape just a bit, maybe closer to an hour glass, for added comfort.
