[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This scooter is great. It makes my walks to local area nice and less tiresome on me. It does really well on all terrains. That is a big plus in my book. I really enjoy using this. My grandkids think this is really cool.

I would give this a 5 star, Got it today. I love it. just there are some things I hate. (Please don’t take this review with a grain of salt; this isn’t a biased or annoying customer speaking) -Speaker Quality | The sound quality on this hoverboard is pretty poor. Music doesn’t sound good or normal; it sounds a little distorted aswell. (I tested this on multiple up-to-date devices to make sure it wasn’t just my device.) -The app | I like the app, it has handy features, but when configuring your hoverboards settings. Some of the sliders like the speed and turning sensitivity sliders for the hoverboard just move back to what they were after you make your change and apply it.

Within a few days of purchasing the hover board my son was carrying it to charge it and he dropped it from his waist height, which is about 2 feet. It was NOT a hard fall. The hub cap cracked and has caused it to be completely unusable. I am surprised that a toy made for a child could be completely broken from such a small mistake. I do not think an item like this should be able to be ruined so easily. Needless to say, he was very upset that he lost his new toy. I tried to file a warranty claim but you guys offered me a small discount ( maybe 10%) off a new one. I’m upset with how this product held up and how the company chose to handle it. It was a waste of our money.

PERFECT FOR MY GIRL, BUT AFTER THE WARRANTY EXPIRED, THE BATTERY WENT WRONG AND IT DID STOP WORKING. SEEN THEN MY KID IT COULDN'T USED. I CAN NOT GET THE BATTERY ANYWHERE, AND THE COMPANY DOESN'T STOCK THE BATTERY FOR THAT HOVERBOARD. KNOW IS USELESS.

Compré estés hoverboard para mi hijo la semana pasada y desde el primer día que la empezó a utilizar empezó hacer un sonido continuo y una luz roja empezaba a parpadear me metí a la aplicación de esta hoverboard para mirar que era lo que estaba fallando y apareció que uno de los HALL SENSOR de una de las llantas paraba de funcionar que ocasiona esto que un lado de los motores deje de funcionar voy a tratar de conseguir garantía pero lo más seguro es que termine con un tremendo no se puede pues está la conseguí nueva pero de una subasta. Cómo sea aver que pasa.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a fun experience, I had never used one before and it took some practice before I was able to ride it well. I was able to get it set up quickly and with the help of the kids, synced it to my phone easily. The lights at night time are very bright and fun, it flashes with the music. I kept leaning forward thinking I was going to fall, you have to learn to move with the board. But my niece that has used one for years was up and riding it like a pro. It does not do so well on uneven surfaces or going over the sidewalks but that was not a huge hassle. The battery took a few hours to charge but we got a few hours of use out of it. Definitely something I look forward to learning and using more. 

This hoverboard was overwhelmingly powerful and fun. The purchase & registration was painless, which made me feel confident. I’m happy with the durable tires and solid construction, but the best part is the compatibility with the Jetson app. You’re able to quickly change settings, which makes this a perfect family gift. 10/10 would purchase another Jetson product without any hesitation.

Our 9 year old has been riding the board for about a month now and really loves it. We love it because we can control the speed, torque and other variants thru the app. That way she can get acclimated at a lower speed, then we can give her access to more speed later on

My 12 yr old daughter, that seems to get stuck in the weirdest places, got a Jetson Flash yesterday! I was waiting for the crash to take her to the doctor. But that hasn't happened!! She got a hang of the balancing really fast. This board has been so much fun in the short time we've had it in the house.

Bought this for my son for Christmas and he loves it. The only problem is the app is complete garbage and will not work at all. It crashes over and over again and you can't accomplish anything. You can't play music or change the lights, etc. without the app so those features are useless because you literally cannot access the app. We tried multiple phones, installing and un-installing, restarting, etc. and nothing works. Reviews of the app show that many people have the same issue. Not sure why they don't fix this, it's just awful and makes the whole thing suck. The actual hoverboard is nice, sturdy, works well, but I would not have paid so much for something with features that we can't use, I wish I had purchased a different brand that had reliable features.
