I purchased a Package of towels the other day ,and so far our first roll in like this every second sheet is not perforated .

I love Scott paper towels because they are super absorbent and they tear off in the right place. One thing I have noticed with other brands is that it leaves a dust of lint on my table every time we rip a paper towel off but this never happens with Scott brand!

I like the performance of these towels, however I DO NOT like the choose-a-size type. IMHO, one piece is too small, and 2 pieces are too big. What happened to the original towel in the original size? I rarely see them any more. I buy another brand before I will buy the multi-sized sheets.

I bought the 6 roll pick a size 7 months ago. I just recently started to use them. There is not one sheet that tears completely on the perforation! I am sick of trying to tear a sheet. I’ve even tried to hold the roll, but no luck. I called your customer service and was offered a measly $4 coupon that won’t even cover the replacement cost-if I even wanted to give this brand another try! Instead of offering a small coupon, why don’t you fix the perforation problem? I’m no the only person with this same complaint.

Some 56 years ago after a tour as a Marine Corps officer I began my business career by joining Scott Paper Company as a retail salesman. We had a proud sales organization rooted in the quality of our products ... and, particularly in the hard working Scott Towels. I went on to assignments in market research and brand management at the Philadelphia Airport Corporate Headquarters and participated in the development of the Viva brand. Over the decades, my wife managed our household and raised our six children as well as helping raise many of our 19 grandchildren. After leaving Scott in 1965 my consumer products background propelled me to division presidencies for three major corporations. Recently, my wife became temporarily disabled and I took over the chores of running our household. While I was aware that my wife had many years ago started using Bounty and Charmin brands, on my first grocery shopping excursion I bought a 6 roll package of Scott Towels. As I embarked on the household chores using this product I was incredulous that the brand which had been superior in strength, wet strength and absorbency had deteriorated fifty years later to a flimsy sheet which often shredded simply on dispensing from the towel holder and was no more useful in cleaning up than a Kleenex tissue. This is not a product which I could ever have been proud to represent and it is certainly one I would never again purchase.

Choose-A-Size paper towels are the best invention for paper towels. These are mid priced. I think they are a decent bargain and definitely when you add into the fact that you’re saving paper towels by only choosing the correct size for the job at hand! “Big Rolls”convenience of not having to change the roll as often also is a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested these paper towels.. the rolls were not very big. They were effective but not as absorbent as i thought they would be. They are definitely good for small spills and messes. I have 2 toddlers who sometimes make HUGE messes so i went through a roll rather fast. I would suggest making the rolls thicker. I would most likely purchase but they wouldnt be my first choice.
