Nasty residue

This shampoo left a nasty residue in my hair, the shampoo smells good but I'm still trying to get rid of this residue will not buy again

I do apologize that this have happened and is not something we would expect. Here are some reasons this could have happened. It could be caused by the following.Using too much product.Using a product that is not suitable for your hair type or needsYour hair being dry or damaged. Styling products can adhere to dry, damaged hair more strongly than hair in good condition.You could try switching to a product more suitable to your hair type and needs, and washing your hair more frequently to prevent a build-up of hairspray, mousse, gel and so on.Brush your hair before washing. If your normal shampoo does not remove the residue, try a clarifying shampoo.

Fresh on scalp

Scalp Love
