I have taken many different brands of supplements, as well. I will say I do like this brand of vitamins. I honestly can't say one way or another if these supplements did anything for me. I am forty years old, and I'm pretty healthy for the most part. I did find these very easy to swallow, they didn't leave any gross aftertaste, and they didn't upset my stomach at all. I have nothing bad to say, I just don't know if I really benefited from this specific supplement. I would definitely recommend this brand of vitamins and supplements, however this specific supplement I can't say that I noticed much difference.

The pills are easy to swallow and don't leave any awful aftertaste in my mouth. Even my 17 year old daughter has started taking them and she loves them. This a great antioxidant. It has several other health benefits as well. I will definitely be purchasing this in the future.
